Setelah membeli mixer, akak terus feeling2 buat macaron.
Alhamudillah kali ni chantek macaron akak.
Merah menyala tu terletak pewarna banyak sgt uolllssss...
Dah la pewarna murahan... ada pahit2 sket.. Lain kali sila beli jenama wilton.
Tuh fillling dia belom buat lagi sbb lupa kaedahnya beli butter dok excited buat macaron jah.. Lagipon kalau susah2 sangat letak jah jem.
Bye... akak happy macaron akak jadi.

Thanks for the free sample. Seriously the taste is great. I've eaten a lot from various places. Yours is totally comparable to theirs. The top texture and feet are far better than Malaysian Harrods. Be more creative on the flavours and fillings eg. pandan (original flavour and colouring) with light coconut milk filling or milk jam and sure you will be a top notch macaron maker. Best of luck.
