Collagen : Perlu atau tak?

Ha.... akak bukan nak kata apa uollsss akak pon mula2 terpedaya jugak dengan wujudnya supplement2 collagen di pasaran yang MAHAL nak mampos.

Dan akak pon takut lah jugak kalau2 pengambilannya ada side effect di masa akan datang. Penting ye uollsss untuk ambil tahu pasal semua side effect samaada ubat2 atau supplement yang uolls amek tuh. Even vitamin kalau amek terlebih pon mendatangkan masalah. Kalau kau amek iron untuk long term pon akan mendatangkan masalah jantung.

Yang akak dok heran tu, yang umur 22 23 tu amek collagen nak buat hapa kan uolllsss??

Jadi akak pon baca lah medical journal yang berkenaan collagen. Matilah kau kan journal sendiri malas baca pi baca medical journal.

Mula2 akak baca wikipedia. Tapi wikipedia pon kadang2 bukan boleh percaya sangat.
